Review Process
Peer review is vital to the quality of published research
Our Review process is based on double Blind Review Process
In a ‘Blind Review’ scientific papers are evaluated by a group of experts from similar fields to make sure it meets the necessary standards for acceptance and publication.
We recommend peer double-blind review for all conference papers before publication.
The Conference’s Technical Program Committee, nominated by the Technical Program Chair, collaborates to review and discuss submitted papers. Review is done during a fixed window of time and all authors are notified of the decision on their paper at the same time. The Technical Program Chair is ultimately responsible for the selection of every accepted paper.
In double-blind, neither the author nor the reviewers are aware of each other’s identity. In this model, the anonymity of the reviewer ensures that the reviewer can give an honest and impartial evaluation of the paper. We use the single-blind review format.
Plagiarism & Copyright Policy
Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism in any form, whether intentional or unintentional, is considered a serious ethical violation. It includes copying text, ideas, data, or other creative works (such as tables, figures, and graphs) from existing sources without proper acknowledgment, as well as improper paraphrasing or excessive verbatim reproduction.
All submitted manuscripts will be screened using standard plagiarism detection (cross-check) platforms in line with practices followed by IEEE, which utilizes the CrossCheck system powered by iThenticate. The similarity report will be used for preliminary assessment; however, editorial judgment will be the final basis for decision-making.
Authors are expected to ensure that:
- Proper citation and referencing are provided for all borrowed content
- Verbatim text is clearly quoted and appropriately cited
- The manuscript is substantially original
- The work has not been published or submitted elsewhere (to avoid self-plagiarism or duplicate submission)
Manuscripts exhibiting significant similarity, unattributed content, or ethical misconduct will be rejected at any stage of the review or publication process. If plagiarism is detected after acceptance or publication, the paper may be withdrawn from the proceedings, and further action may be taken as per IEEE guidelines.
